Over the last few weeks i have got to know a few fascinating members from our Steemit community. There are a couple who have had me engrossed in there posts that I think should be getting more interest.

1st we have @nxtblg who has been following The 30 day SHTF diet This was a test of Mountain House Food Products, emergency food in case of a disaster. Packets of dried food that you add hot/cold water to depending what meal you are eating breakfast or main meal.

@nxtblg followed this diet for 30 days apart from one day when he attended a steem meeting. For 30 days he ate a breakfast and main meal, his posts followed how he felt, changes in his body and weight loss. With over a 20 + lbs loss he completed the 30 days.

@mikwnevitt has set up a bird box with a camera, he is following a little blue tit that has made the box her home, she arrives around the same time every day with more grass for her nest, watching her set up home moving the grass around to dry the grass ready for her nest. Every night she fluffs up and goes to sleep. I can't wait to see if she has babies, watching them grow will be fascinating.

These have been amazing to watch @nxtblog has been dedicated to his 30 days regime which has kept me engrossed and @mikenevitt with his little blue tit, a bit off nature for us all to watch.
