I couldnt agree with you more on number2 which is the main issue we have here in steemit as many comes with high expectations to make it quick and when they finally see steemit for what it is for real, they start sulking.
you seem to have learnt your way and with such ideas, i guess you make it fast here. am always here to guide also.
