Please help

Since I joined steemit a month ago, I have been struggling to increase my reputation, which has stuck at 25. When I go through other people's profile, I notice their reputationsindex.jpeg are way above and wonder if there is something I am not doing right. Any advice guys..index.jpeg

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
