Its not thinking about replacement there are few things shaping up as we approach 2023 the year when an agreement will be ended up and Turkey will be on the driving seat. Turkey wants to encash cryptography and blockchain technologies and will be producing its own digital currency as we approach 2023.

@khurshid2017, The Turkish government is very enlightened in their thinking on cryptography and the blockchain. However, some other countries are ahead of Turkey in this respect: Venezuela, The Marshall Islands and possibly China.
