ZCash Mining Rush Confirms GTX's Steem Mining Dominance is Not an Exploit

Zcash can also be mined using CPUs, so I'm not sure how this is a proof that he's using GPUs.

I agree that its not proof. For all we know he could have just used the zerocash launch as an excuse to stop what he was doing. Maybe he really has a gpu miner compiled and doesn't want to share with the rest of the world. :)

"I agree that its not proof."

That's why I wrote "tacit confirmation"

"For all we know he could have just used the zerocash launch as an excuse to stop what he was doing."

That doesn't make any sense. Why would he turn off his money machine? It's not like there is an active investigation into him using an exploit. It's already assumed he has a GPU miner. If it was an exploit then we would most likely still see him in the queue. This confirms real resources are being used and those are most likely GPU.

"Maybe he really has a gpu miner compiled and doesn't want to share with the rest of the world. :)"

That's what it looks like. He also doesn't want to sell it for as low as $3K

Maybe it wasn't worth mining it anymore. :P

We should keep raising that in a weekly basis til someone baits. :D

I did mention that it could be a bot net which would be CPU. But we know he wasn't using the standard CPU miner. It is most likely a GPU because he is kicking the shit out of everyone else using CPU.

The debate is whether he is using an exploit again, GPU or mass CPU. This confirm it's most likely not an exploit.
