I was greeted with this after trying to make a post,which i really didn't quite understand.
I'm writing this so you can avoid same.
Now this is a case faced mostly by new users. They do not know until they are greeted by this problem.
New users tend to make lots of posts,upvote and comments, thinking steemit operates like one of them social media platforms.
Oh no! Steemit, unlike other social networks, operates through block chain. So when you are faced with this situation,here's what to do and how to avoid it.

TO AVOID BANDWIDTH LIMIT EXCEEDED;

1. DO NOT GO FOLLOWING EVERY ACCOUNT ON STEEMIT, FOLLOW ON THOSE THAT MATTERS TO YOU.
   This is almost the first step, cause new steemians may think following lots of account will increase their value. but rather, following lots of account with low Steem Power will use up good portion of your bandwidth.

2. DO NOT UPVOTE,COMMENT AND RESTEEM UNNECESSARILY.
   I am guilty of this myself, so only upvote, comment and resteem quality contents.

3. DO NOT EDIT COMMENTS AND POSTS.
   Another thing I'm guilty of, even went as far as exciting a post three times.
   So go through your write up again and again to be sure before posting.

4. MAKE QUALITY POSTS
   The more quality content you create, the better your chances of getting good rewards. Good rewards means good amount of steem Power, cause **bandwidth limit is caused majorly by low steem Power.

Now,

Here's what to do when faced with bandwidth issues

1. If you have some SBD in your account, you just power up,and you'll have some steem, then to Steem Power.
   You can buy steem from your account, click here BUY STEEM. Then go to the ** buy steem section** and just input the amount of STEEM DOLLARS you wish to convert into steem, It will automatically calculate the equivalent in steem for you, and your steem balance will be credited.

Now you ask, what if i do not have SBD?
Goodnews is, there's still a way.
Someone suggested this to me, but that was after i had powered up, so i haven't tried it.
