Going For A trip to Red fort Delhi REALLY AWESOME

Tommorow we spent some time at Redfort !

The Red Fort is a historical fort in the city of Delhi in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty for nearly 200 years, until 1857. It is located in the center of Delhi and houses a number of museums.

It is one of the heritage site of the world known as #Redfort

It is so many years old building and ahas a great history of indian maharajas and east india company
Really make my mind fresh so many tourists are there from many countries ......

    I found this to add, some Amazing Facts About The Red Fort You Probably Didn’t Know

    • The Red Fort was originally white!
    • The fort owes its name to the boundary walls
    • Qila-e-Mubarak was what the Red Fort used to be called
    • It took 10 long years to built the Red Fort
    • The Kohinoor diamond was part of the furniture
    • The main entrance of the fort is called the Lahore gate
    • There is also a water gate
    • The shape of the Red Fort is octagonal
    • Bahadur Shah was tried by the British in his own fort
    • Since the first Independence Day, the PM gives a speech from the Red Fort every Independence Day.
