E-Cigs are very popular nowadays. It definitely helped a lot of tobacco smokers quit because they can transcend to vaping since it also has nicotine content.
You can't just take away the nicotine level though. You'll have gradually lower the dosage until you'll no longer feel the need of nicotine.
