Thank you! Being brand new here it was awesome to find something outlining what the expectations are for members. I appreciate that--even if it seems to mostly come under the headings of "common sense" and "don't be a overly self-promoting jerk." lol

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Thanks and welcome. I just read your first post I think? People are generally very nice here but it is always good to be polite so that's why I thought it would be useful.
