1st Anniversary On Steemit | 11th August Will Always Be A Special Day In My Life

I am not getting enough words to express my happiness on being spent a year on this superb platform which I have started liking over the months. Now, it's become an addiction which I can't leave and I don't want to as well. Why should I leave such a lovely community where people whom you don't know reward you for the kinds of stuff you create here.

I really hadn't thought to have come to where I am today. I'm blessed with 1085 Followers, 1300+ SP and a few friends over the year I've been able to make. I don't know whether those people think the way I do but still. Today is the day when I get a place where I can particularly mention few of the contributors whose helping hand in need, favourable mindset achieve these milestones which once seemed unrealistic to me but, it 's happened with me. I am very much content.

First of all, I want to thank @jackorobin whom I've always considered as a friend-cum-philosopher-cum-guide. Then comes the name @purepinay whose continuous support has helped boost my morale. @maya7, @firepower, @s4s, @mbp, @positivebalances, @mister.green, @maarnio, @abigail-dantes are the ones I owe a lot.

I congratulate Steemit community for giving me the platform where I can write down some random thoughts (obviously constructive ones) and share here without having the fear of direct attack or interrogation from the haters or some idiots on the net. On the contrary, this is a place where one can inspire or get inspired, learn, have information or knowledge on any topic possible without spending a single dime.

Just yesterday I completed 12 (Twelve) months of my journey here @ Steemit. It felt really amazing. Lots of experiences made me what I am today. #steemit has given me the platform all the while I've been looking for

As of now, the whole cryptocurrency market is unstable. It's been on the lower trends for over months and I don't see any sign to bounce back, Steem as a currency (#altcoin) is no different. Touching the mark of $8 and from there down to $0.97 from where I started watching Cryptocurrency market and Steem for the matter. It's like it came to down to the level from where I took interest in investing at altcoins.

To conclude, I am happy the way my account is progressing. Yes, it's true that the pace is slow and I don't have any urgency to make it to the top. There's a long way to go and along the way of the journey I've got to learn many things from my fellow steemians.

I truly believe in one thing that we all are a part of a big community, a talent pool, a reward pool. We need to be co-operative, need to be ready to support each other irrespective of the caste, creed, country, race and religion. We need to follow certain rules apart from the site has already set for us. Give & take is another way of building oneself from zero to hero.
