I always support newbies, some tips to newbies.

First of all thanks to all my friends who are supporting me. My special thanks to @maya7 for supporting me from long time. In my starting days in steemit @stellabelle, @fyrstikken and many people supported me. I am conveying my special thanks to my supporter’s @solarguy, @geetharao, @shilpavarma, @anandhh. I always support my followers. Let us rise together as a team by supporting each other. I am giving some tips to newbies.

  1. If we check my blogs and help me with your upvotes if you like my content then I will definitely help you.
  2. Posting quality content with useful information which adds value to steemit blockchain.
  3. Be active in steemit and never giveup, never power down too much.
  4. It is hard to get good earnings in beginning but you will learn in long run.
  5. Create catchy titles and use tags related to your content.
  6. Use @minnowsupport to get some additional votes.
  7. Post from @busy.org to get additional vote.
  8. Participate in contests and challenges because you may get some bigger upvotes.
  9. Join discord channels and be in contact with others.
  10. Upvote wisely to get good curation rewards.
  11. Make valuable comments on others blogs with your knowledge.
Authors get paid when people like you upvote their post.

These are really awesome tips for newbies. Though I am against using bots because it kills the core goal of Steemit community that is rewarding valuable content and building a strong community.

Ditto. Even I don’t like using bots. To me it is not fair. The genuine content goes un noticed in front of those who use bots. One might argue it boosts up the value of the content. True.
But then it is a personal opinion and choice. No offence to anybody.

I agree, if someone boosting their post by bots no matter quality of content it's going to get higher rewards compared people who have quality content but no money.
