Your post is a poignant and thought-provoking reflection on the complexities of charity, kindness, and community during the holiday season. You raise important questions about the motivations behind charitable acts and the potential for hypocrisy.
Your personal experiences and observations add depth to your arguments, and your willingness to challenge common narratives is refreshing. The Dutch expression "Exchange makes you cry" resonates, highlighting the importance of genuine connections and reciprocity.
Your call to action, encouraging people to build meaningful relationships and foster a positive community on Steemit, is inspiring. By promoting empathy, kindness, and authenticity, we can create a more supportive and inclusive environment.
Thank you for sharing your thought-provoking insights, this is a new perspective for me, I believe topics like this should be pushed out more.
Also, a huge Thanks for the delegation, I really appreciate your support and effort in my creative career and I wish you a peaceful and reflective holiday season.
I wonder about your comment... Did anyone teach you to did someone teach you to make an excerpt of what was written? I see these kinds of comments more often and with the exception of the last part I don't find it very personal.
Provocative? That's probably what it is for those who read it and I think it's good to think about this although I must also admit that I don't think much will change because I see around me how Christmas is celebrated. As soon as the clock strikes, Christmas is over then everything is back to normal. I think a good example is the ceasefire during wars.

Yeah I took up a little course sometime this year on constructive criticism and appreciate, I also listen to a lot of audio books such as “How to win friends and influence people”, “Be Water My Friend - Bruce Lee” and many more which have really influenced my way of perception and understanding, although sometimes it may feel too formal to even me so I try to be friendly as much as I can in my comments and interactions with people and not rely only on what I’ve learnt.
Personally, Christmas doesn’t feel like how it used to anymore even in my very own family house, the idea of sharing family warmth during this season as grown cold as the year pass by. We can all just try individually to keep the spirit and the main cause of Christmas going with or without the label on it.
