So something seems off to me. If you click on the link on the original post to check out the account on SteemDB, it lists them as having a rep score of 0 and no SP at all. Dunno if this is a glitch or what, but seems ridiculously weird.

Well, isn't it the responsability of the whales and any steemit user to upvote quality content? In my opinion this is gaming the system, because now its not about quality content any more but about paying money for votes. Like viewerbots on a twitch channel or bots grinding stuff in a MMO game.
