Time to say goodbye!

Thank you and goodbye... to my delegation.

A little over a month ago, @stellabelle had an idea. It eventually became this post called, Dear @freedom And Whales: Here's a SP Delegatee Menu To Solve The Vote Selling Problem.

After this post, some posted a ‘why delegate to me’ post, others made a ‘thank you’ post, and some just waited to see what would happen. Well, for some like myself, we were told to continue doing what we were doing. There were no strings attached to the delegation, just encouragement to keep striving for excellence as we were.

I wondered how long we could keep this blessing.

The answer soon came: until Jan 1. Today, so Happy New Year. Today, Stella would pull her delegation. @fulltimegeek has made a few videos of his delegation, noting that he was always watching and could pull at any moment. Since he matched Stella’s givings, he might pull it back or allow us to keep it.

Today is the first, so I guess that means the end is here. Now what?

If I wake up and the delegation is gone, then I might still smile at the awesome opportunity given. It was a shock when it happened, but it was the boost of confidence that I needed. I also hope others felt the love during this time. I have always struggled to give anything less than a 100% vote. Many of you have enjoyed lots of votes. I wonder how many actually? Thankfully, I don't have to wonder, nor guesstimate. The talented, beautiful, and brilliant @paulag has put together the data in this post called, Analyzing Delegation Generously Given by @Stellabelle.

I wonder if it made a difference? I wonder if Stella and Fulltimegeek felt it was worth the investment? I wonder if you could be selected next? I wonder if anyone noticed? I wonder.....

Love always,

well done on your awesome work done with this delegation. I think both of us have gained a considerable amount from the kindness of stella and fulltimegeek

We have indeed, it was fun while it lasted. It will be great to take a break from it too.

This is a great sign @kubbyelizabeth
It means you now have the "legs" to walk by yourself unsupported. You're growing, and that is a good thing.
Cheers!

Thank you very much, how is it going for you?

I still don't have legs as strong as yours, but I'm building them up. It's harder to power up now with SBD being worth less than 2 steem though. Definitely feel the impact of that.

Well your off to a great start. Keep commenting, keep writing about your passions and helpful guides, you’ll soon have enough of your own sp to keep your slider without delegation. :)

Great positive attitude to take on the situation. If you keep it or lose it, just keep being your self. This is what has built your own SP and got you noticed to begin with!
Have a great new year!

That is very sweet, thank you very much for the sweet comment!

The support provided by this delegation has been much appreciated!

Don't spend it all on one mug, or do. :)

Happy 2018 kubbyy !
I'm sure it feels sad, but hey you helped so many out there!

Happy 2018 to you to my friend! On to another year of science and adventure!

I wish you the best for the new year x

Happy New Year!

Thanks

It's always interesting to see who notices what you are doing. I remember when you first started on steemit.
