Hey STEEMIT COMMUNITY! Here is why you should not give up on steemit EVEN if your not earning much right now!

When I started steeming , I was so exited to the idea of making as much as these tutorial videos posts I have seen. It sold me a false dream and had me thinking what if I make as much posts as possible maybe one of them will hit the attention of a few whales!

But I have learned that whales don't necessarily upvote everything and they in fact are carefully calculating their upvotes.

I have noticed a lot of sentimental posts/youtubers/steemit related content to come up as a priority and now I understand the visibility given to these posts are in fact giving more visibility to the steemit project in general.

If a new comer arrive at the steemit.com website and notice that he can make a few bucks being himself and doesn't necessarily have to be a pro content writer, it will have him hooked here in no time.

Here is why I think , it's alright for content writers even if they don't earn much right now.
YOU are in a very early phase of what could become a very big sensation in the world of social medias, a revolution in the making. You have the chance to make your content right now early on and have your content deeply inserted within the steemit system.

Imagine when steemit grows by the hundreds of thousands of new users, you'll have the following advantage on your posts:

-your subject will already be known within the steemit system and might end up appearing on google searches way faster then a new and recent poster that ends up writing on the same subject you did months ago ( months ago , thats intended for the future of course looking back at the time we are at now :P)

-You will be building your community right now and a bunch of followers without you even noticing you might already have people liking your ideology and are looking at your blog from time to time. As time passes you will already have a circle you can count on when you post content that is interesting to them.

-your already upvoting, commenting on posts and giving your self the exposure you need. When I see people commenting on my posts I most of the time follow them and end up paying more attention to what they write, which often lead me to upvote their post.

Basically you are an early bird, I have nothing to be happy about when it comes to earnings so far lol, but I just tell myself I should be building up right now since im in the early stage of a revolutionary social media project!

Building up your steem power wont be easier when hundreds of thousands and millions of new users adds up here. Your small steem power right now may become a huge force in the future as steem value keep on rising beyond the actual market prices!
