Hi, guys. Here is all you need to do to transfer #Steem to your #Steemit wallet.
What to Do
From the #Steem wallet on your #exchange:
✅ Enter the AMOUNT of Steem you want to transfer/withdraw/send
✅ Enter the payment address, which is your USERNAME (without the "@" symbol)
✅ Hit SEND ➤
That's it!
Steemit has made exchanging funds awesome and simple — just your username, no long, hard to remember wallet addresses. Your username = your wallet address.
❗ Send a small amount first, especially ahead of a large transaction, to confirm the process.
What Not to Do
I've seen a few videos and read a few posts that suggest you need to enter your Memo key or even your Private key (!) in the Memo section of the transfer request. You don't. The exchanges generally ignore Memos. If these transfers succeed, it's only because people correctly entered their usernames as the payment address.
