STEEMIT: The essence of timing - Proof of concept.

in steemit •  8 years ago  (edited)

As many of you have been writing on the timing of posts, I decided to do a little experiment... Hence the proof:

A/B-testing.

I posted exactly the same content at 2 different times of the day.

The first one at 10am and the second one at 15pm. (European time !)

Just luck, or can we conclude that a lot of (quality) posts slip through the mass when they are not posted at the right time of the day...?

More testing and results yet to come. To be continued.

sorry i'm new here, but why do your posts appear to be only 1 hour apart (1 says '1 day ago' and the other says '23 h ago')?

After 24h it just counts days.

After 24 hours it does not show the hours anymore, instead it shows only the days (1 day, 2 day, etc.)
