Steemit Community Charity Initiative Raised 144SBD (£110) For Scarlett's Battle With Neuroblastoma (Receipt Included)

Massive thanks to everyone from Steemit community who donated to Scarlett's campaign.

Special thanks to @thecryptofiend @jasonstaggers @streetstyle and @benjojo for directly sending their SBD donations to my wallet.

I would also like to thank @smooth for upvoting the post. It is the second time when he supported my charity campaign post. It seems that smooth is the only whale who never thinks twice and holds back his powerful votes when it comes to charity and helping others.

Thank you!!!!!!

What would be great would be if we could get the Steemit Team to take on this cause. Currently they only have a tenth of the funding they need for Scarlett. If Steemit could help her reach the goal this would not only help her but be great PR for Steemit and an illustration of what cryptocurrency and this platform could do.

I agree!!!!

Its great to see this community helping others, one of my first posts was about how Steemit could be a great platform for philanthropy, well done!
If you ever felt like you wanted to do more than raise some funds, think about actually helping to find a cure. Seems impossible doesnt it, but in fact BOINC projects like the World Community Grid do amazing work with your unused computer https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/about_us/viewNewsArticle.do?articleId=413
Not only that you can be rewarded in Gridcoin for your efforts, the community regularly hooks up on BeyondBitcoin here on Steem.

Great advice. Thanks scalextrix

The little one has been in my thoughts and prayers since you've been posting about her. I wish I had more to give than my measly upvote but I think you're doing a wonderful thing - and kudos to those who gave.

Your upvote was very appreciated. It was more generous than majority of Steemit who just ignored the posts.

aww this is soo sweet!!! well done!!

Thank you :-)
