Quería volver a introducirme! Me llamo Lorena, enseño yoga, soy entrenadora personal y consejera de nutrición, me gusta viajar y ayudar a transformarle la vida a la gente con comidas saludables, yoga, entrenamiento, respiración y meditación.
Ahorita estoy trabajando y transformado al CEO el director ejecutivo de Arcane Bear en Costa Rica!
Soy nueva al mundo de Steemit y de crypto currencies asi que si me pueden ayudar lo agradecida muchísimos!
Un poquito más de mi, nací en Canadá pero mis padres son colombianos, por el momento vivió en Costa Rica!
También enseño yoga a niños :)
Cuando primero llegue a Costa Rica hace tres años ensañaba español y también inglés.
