Voting power of one of the best features of Steemit, it sets how much a vote can worth, depending on your steem power.
With that you can not go on forever voting at 100% all the time, every time you vote 2% of your current voting power is reduce and eventually you will run out of voting power, and it will regenerate but this needs time, nevertheless, you vote will never be zeroed.
As an steemian myself, I understand why such mechanics was put in place and I wouldn't have it any other way, but as a new user, I don't want to stop using the site and vote for my favorites authors, comments and followers.
Nevertheless, as I am now my votes are almost worthless, and I don't want that, I want my votes reflect the value of my opinion and rep, so I will holding my votes for a few days and try to power up some more.
That way, I can reward the post and comments that i like a lot better.
