Are we promoting poverty ?

As i am sorry but i want something controversial statement to say about the poverty in the entire world

starting from temple to cafe,college to school,office to home every now an then we see this poor people always begging on the road side of those place

i have a simple question if whole world say that we will not struggle instead of it we all sit on the road side and start begging, as there are lots of directors who made short film and long film on poverty, i just want to ask people why we motivate poor people this much, although we have two hands,two legs and one nose,one mouth and two eyes, it is not like they don't have all this thing, if yes then i will except it

but why we people only motivate this people, instead of giving coin if we give them guidance about uses your hand not for begging but for hard working,then that day is not far, that the entire world poverty ratio would be 0%

so today in the early morning i saw a group of poor people who were begging on roadside,and i have literary seen that all people were crossing from that road and putting one rupee coin into that utensil vessel, one rupee coin only,but instead of putting that coins no one in this world will giving them guidance that please stop begging instead of it start hard working and come out from this poverty,then only we can say we are living in the fresh country, a country can not be fresh,until there should not be an demolition of poverty and poor people from there respective countries
