I have been known to give a bit of motivation from time to time. My biggest pet peeve is when people become stagnate and refuse to change.

    I believe establishing and knowing your self identity is the first key to success. Why do i thin so. Before high school i was barely confident because i hadnt known my self. But now, confidence is nothing to me. I know my weakness and my strength and i use it to suit me. Nice motivation too
