Home. A concept that is different to everyone roaming this planet at this current moment. To some, it is a place. To others, it is another person, an individual who makes them feel like they belong somewhere in this world. The world might be a series of unfortunate events. Life is full of ups and downs, and you feel lost when you’re living your life day to day, not planning anything out, and living the same routine every day. You don’t feel like you belong somewhere, that sense of belonging to a person just isn’t there.
You then find a person that makes life worth it, like you finally belong somewhere, but deep down inside you know that somewhere is not a physical place, however it is a physical person. Home becomes a person rather than the place you used to live in, or currently live at. You finally get to experience that sense of belonging, and it does require time, maybe a couple days, maybe a couple months, or even a couple years, however, that time will certainly come, for each and every single person.
The concept of belonging to a person is a feeling that everyone has to experience once in a lifetime, it does come with a lot of pain, but it also comes with a lot of happiness down the road. It really is a blessing in disguise. Home sweet home…
