Remember that ketchup is made different around the world - ketchup in the US has a salty vinegar taste, but some places have a sweet or more flavorful ketchup. Like in the Philippines we have banana ketchup that tastes sweeter. In India they use Maggi which people say tastes like bbq sauce and gochujang. Not how I'd prefer my pizza, but maybe I'd try it with anything other than Heinz.
