List of emojis and icons you can use in Steemit!! Cheatsheet (PART 1)

in steemit •  8 years ago  (edited)

As a graphic and web designer, sometimes I think how I would love to see steemit editor develop into a more graphic friendly environment, and maybe start to accept tags with more possibilities like style or div

In the meantime, I have been researching a little bit about Markdown styling, reading the cheatsheet and looking for a way to make my posts more fun to the reader.

I learnt that unicode characters are accepted in the Markdown editor, and I think it would be a good thing to make a list of some of the icons (and codes) so everyone can use them!

Without further delay, these are the icons and the codes you have to write in your RAW HTML editor. You just have to copy and paste the code, and add a semicolon ; after each code (no spaces) to turn them into icons (every code starts with &#)

I hope you enjoy them steemers!! Make your posts beautiful! 😉 😍

That is amazing!!! i need to remember all of the :D &#128526 Do you think this is something that can be implemented into here without copying and pasting the code?

I think the logical evolution is have them implemented on the steemit editor. In the meantime I will keep looking for more and make a megapost!
