No it means the steem wales don't get that much. It is focused on the beginners and the middle class steemers cause we keep the site alive white Internet traffic. Upvote if you like the correction.

@martin007 Thanks for your response. I agree with you but my comment is more about the Steemians with 1-3 thousand followers making large amounts on one post. I think they will continue to benefit and now even more so. New Steemians can get lucky however to receive an upvote from an older Steemian with lots of Steem Power.
