There ought to be a simple to understand explanation for how to use it, and consumer-centric marketing. At the moment it's not geared for the average social-media user. I suppose that's because it is beta, so I'll certainly keep an eye on it. Maybe I'll read the whitepaper when I have time. It's interesting none the less.
