Bullying other users in by telling them what they can and can't upvote

I really didn't think it needed further explanations

Buy seems you'll find an eloquent way of explaining how its ok

      What is the point, what would you want to happen now? After I acknowledge how much the internet has harmed you, what then, what would you want to do now?
