    Is it possible that the power-down trend is down because the price of Steem is about half the price it was last June? Question: When one powers down, I'm assuming it is at market price, correct?

    Probably a good chance for that logic, plus maybe those early adopters with the bulk of STEEM have already fulfilled their power down goals if they've done it heavily in the past.
