THE CONCLUDING PART:- LEDERSHIP 2

An effective leadership should possess 5 skills
1.Communication
2.Honesty/Integrity
3.Awareness
4.Relationship building
5.Innovation
6.Ability to acquire more leadership skills through research

A non effective leadership: Am going to list out certain traits that makes leadership non effective now these are my observations there could still be more out there.
1.Micro managing
2.Unclear objectives
3.Frequent direction changes
4.No culture of accountability
5.Dont walk their talk
6.Run people over
7.Take credit for everything forgetting their Team

Some people tend to rise and become leaders but before they are not they have falling back to their grassroots due to poor leadership or ineffective leadership, At this point if there are questions am open to answer them...

Now i have this question that anyoine could have asked me based on this topic,
"What differentiate a leader from a manager ma and how can you move from being a manager to a leader and not just a leader but a people person" and my likely answer would be "Managers are leaders but all leaders are managers... there is a slight difference and it is that managers have people who work for them while leaders have people who follow them". To move from been a manager to a leader be a good team player ,let your people love you for whom you are sometimes leaders need to be in the shoes of the people.

I have this few points and reasons to back up this post, "Being a leader means u need to be a manager cos that's d only way of showing ur leadership skills also Leadership is not meant for just ordinary person it's by the Grace and wisdom of God , that's the reason Solomon pray and ask for wisdom, As a leader don't think everything u do wch is perfect is ur strengths but the leading through God , first seek the kingdom of God and every other things shall be added unto us all ,Amen"

You can say that is a great pointbut do you believe that not all managers are leaders...some don't become leaders some fail along the line but when you are a leader automatically you are a manager meaning that been a leader makes you a better manager because now people are inspired by that leader but been a manager doesn't make one automatically a leader,leaders are influenced by inspiring but managers command. and control because as a manager people are compelled to them. A leader can be a director,a pastor,a teacher e.t.c....

Am going to rap this up with "Leaders don't necessarily hold or occupy a management position".....
