Never really tried to change the main tag I think. Other tags I have changed before.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Submit
Ya it will let you change the others, but the main tag categorizes the post unfortunately, however my project I suppose gets it's own category #freecomputing
