I've been posting for about a week now. So, partially I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, I havent uncoded yet the secret to steemit. But, I have found out how others get so many votes. One of them wrote an article about it. Personally I dont believe it is ethical https://steemit.com/tr/@muratkbesiroglu/5-advantages-using-paid-upvote-bots

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    I knew that bots were a big thing, but...wow....
