I am considering getting current clients on STEEMIT, as another channel to engage with their audiences.

Steemit should add a feature where advertisers pay the users directly for watching their adds. It also should create a filter button for users that don't wanna see adds... If an advertiser offers me some good rewards, I would definitly watch the adds and potentially buy their products.

Imho, the mechanics of the platform are not very accommodative. Posts that can stay in trending feed (and therefore are receiving meaningful eyeballs) are backed by enough rewards to price out the ads. Posts written by new authors, got flashed out of the newsfeed almost instantly, translating into low view count and thus rendering them useless for advertisers. But might work as a relationship building/ engagement tool over the looong haul.
