Following vs Followers

I'm curious how people feel about this.

Currently if someone follows me I reciprocate. I look at their profile just for grinsies so to speak but I go ahead and follow them. Is there anything I should consider before following?

I can see that there may be clues that a person might not be a good one to follow but thought I'd ask.

    I decide to follow someone on the basis of these criteria

    1. They have at least 100 steem power/ SBD in their wallet.
    2. They should post regularly
    3. They should not have few followers.

      Sounds reasonable. Based on you criteria, I shouldn't follow you because you don't meet criteria 1. Lol. But I will anyway because you are very active. Thank you.
