With the hit steemit took recently I can see I huge price jump as the coin gets attention, also I can see many creators joining the blog as it gets promoted further and further raising the price.
I predict $10 a steem around this time in 2019

I truly hope so, I think Steemit is plagued by bots and automated voting systems that make poeple lazy and stop people from bothering to upvote it seems.
