My money just disappeared

I'm afraid of it. My money just disappeared, from the Wallet. I had 25 STEEM, now I am 9. I had an open order, the order disappeared and the money too.

I only used the internal market.

Can someone explain it to me, what should I do now?

Please help. Well, I did not buy more STEEM by paying in cash
