Governments around the world are fighting to protect the consumers from ICO fraud. They do have a reason to be worried because we have all seen scams pop up left and right in the ICO world.
Literally anyone can start up an ICO campaign with tons of ads everywhere. Luring in people who are looking for a quick buck. It's no wonder these scams keep popping up. The money is just too good.
There are some very legitimate ICOs out there that have made people some pretty nice profit. In order to find those lucrative deals you have to be willing to really do the research.
What if you could invest in a project but never have to give anyone any money? Sounds like another scam right? But through Steempower delegation @steemhunt has really changed things up tremendously. Delegate to me and you will receive your tokens.

I can see alot of opportunities and potential of having steem and investing in steem power, be sure more app that will integrate into the steem blockchain through the SMT token will definately need funds to bandwidth to operate . And this will make them to need steep power to operate, whereby we can them delegate our steem power to earn some passive income from it. Nice and progressive initiative @mrviquez
