WangChange, Gamification & Delegated Steem Power

So I Went Live On Youtube, Asking For 150,000 SP Delegation...

Well, here's a written breakdown of my proposal and I hope you take the time to consider this opportunity.

My idea is pretty simple... In order to promote or encourage the community of active steemit users, to participate and compete for a chance to boost attention, grow their audience, raise their reputation and of course, earn more steem with their creative content. This is what we all know as.... GAMIFICATION*

How Will My Idea Work?

By utilizing my WangChange Token which is traded on Openledger, we will use the active leaderboard for any affiliated steemit community based game, as a reference to reward the top player or players of the week with an upvote trail by the @MrWang account.

By using certain tools created... the number of WangChange tokens held by the player for that week, will be used to determine the voting percentage allowed. In order to avoid draining the voting power, the player will be limited in the amount of votes per day IF their accumulated tokens is higher then 50. If they have 100 tokens, they will be limited to 10 upvotes, per day for one week. Also, the amount of voting power distributed to these upvote trails will be divided between multiple player accordingly, if we consider using a top 5 leaderboard over just one player of the week.

These tools will be exclusive to the project mentioned above and only those players who are confirmed to be active and Interactive within the steemit community and holding my WangChange tokens... will be eligible to receive this weekly reward.

Any player found to be abusing this perk, in any way shape or form.. will be disqualified indefinitely.

Once Upon A Time.. I WAS a Dolphin...

At one point in time.. I had like maybe 12,000 Steem Power and I can only imagine how powerful my upvote would be right now if powering down my account wasn't necessary for me to continue creating and developing for steemit and bitshares... but there's no sense in dwelling over that and even if I still had that 12,000 Steem Power... it still doesn't even compare to the insane amounts of voting power, a Whale can provide.

So I'm asking for help from you Big guys we know as "Whales"

There are TWO users I'm working with to fine tune these tools and make this project possible..

and another user in bitshares, who is setting up the backend to work thru bitshares/openledger. I'll provide more information if needed, for transparency.

All we need now is the Steem power delegation so we can get the automation running on both ends...

We will do a test run of this project on the ever so popular #SPL - Steemit Poker League

Which is run by @tuck-fheman and @bethalea. I believe this is the perfect community run game and probably the best when you consider several factors... The most important being... this poker league is a safe haven for everyone to enjoy, interact and make some SBD's and not have to worry about any flags or negativity they might experience on the steemit platform. Not to mention.. just last night, we held the first..

WangChange Tournament

and we had a pretty darn good turn out.. 31 players participated and 6 were paid out to a total of 20 WangChange.

So it's up to you Big guys to answer this call and offer the SP delegation...

Please consider giving this project a chance and help me build the community with these ideas. From what I've learned.. there are several minnows actually playing in the SPL and have more success playing poker then they are, sharing their creative content.
