This morning I noticed that @poloniex had finally enabled SBD and STEEM deposits so I tried to test them out for the first time. I transferred 10 SBD about 3 hours ago and they still haven't credited the SBD into my account.

I opened up a ticket about 10 minutes after and this was their response:

Dear Markus,

I am very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary problem with the wallet and had to disable it for maintenance.

As soon as the wallet is re enabled your deposit will credit.
Thank you for your patience and I am sorry for the inconvenience, don’t hesitate to reply to this message if you have any question.

Sincerely,
Poloniex Support Team

It's been 3 hours and nothing is still showing up.

Yeah everyone needs to get this out... I can confirm Bittrex is working as of today.

They're not even warning anyone! It's like they're happy to receive and not credit the accounts :[

Yeah kind of standard practice for Poloniex. People find out after the fact or on their Bitcoin Talk account....

From what I can tell, poloniex is having trouble as of late. It would probably be good to avoid it for a while, until they have everything sorted out.

You could use coin base to transfer your SBD. I haven't had any issues with coin base so far

To transfer SBD to where exactly? I wanted to buy STEEM and poloniex had the best exchange rate but now I know why because they are a scam!

you can use changelly to exchange steem

Yah changelly is great. I just bought 10btc of steem with it. use my reference number :) https://changelly.com?ref_id=dc271281d696

thanks for confirming changelly and thanks fr your reference number

useful tip. thanks! i hope they fix whatever problems they have there and soon!

@msg768 , why are we not using the exchange service in steemit but use Poloniex?

Thanks for sharing. There are so many complaints against Poloniex all over the web, not only for this but for several reasons.

Bro that sucks! I have been just waiting and not messing with moving anything right now, coinbase to wallets and genesis to wallets is fine. But with steem and SBD I'm just letting it simmer because its sketchy right now.

Why the F...... There are that many problems with deposits and withdrawals
Is a pain!!

weird!

I've sent SJCX to poloniex a couple weeks ago when the blockchain was troubling to keep up with the tx demand. The transaction was confirmed after they disabled SJCX, and I'm still waiting for them to reenable it. My funds are probably lost and no reply from poloniex on my ticket.. Consider using bittrex instead of poloniex.

That is soooo messed up! :[

Yeap. I lost around 240 SJCX (at the time, that was ~$290).

Dude you should have opened more tickets!

Haha, the more tickets you open, the deeper you go into the waiting queue (that's a fact everyone should know)

Do you have the link to the ticket you opened? Is it still open?

Sure, I have it. It is still "being processed", since June 10th! (or as Poloniex' ticket system says, "Being Processed since 17 days 13 hours".

If anyone from poloniex is watching, ticket #215923. At least a reply saying that I lost or that I haven't lost my money would be fine.

I can't view it! Apparently, I can only view my own tickets. This is ridiculous. Honestly... Very disappointed! :[

Hi @msg768... no, I'm still waiting. I hope it works out.
regards

I've been waiting for 5 hours now :[

When the transmission is generated... I give you notice

Thanks bro! I will probably post again if I receive the credits!

Cheers mate!

hi @msg768 My transmission was generated in Poloniex : )
But the SBD is Temporarily Disabled : (

What do you mean? You mean your SBD deposit was credited? I just checked mine. Still nothing! :[

Hodlers are fine :) lol

At least I know it's not me doing something wrong now and yet again it's Poloniex.
upvoted and resteemed.

Ridiculous bro. I'm very disappointed :[

I will be if my 220 SBD disappears, prefer using BitShare to poloniex but they are not doing steem and SBD deposits again today.

We should have tried a very small amount to test if it's working first. Do you know what the minimum amount is? I transferred 10 SBD to test but 10 is too much. I should have gone with with 1 or even less :[

Not sure on minimum amount but yes, should have tested first before transferring so much.

Still nothing aye? :[

Just checked and nothing, on the positive side the price has recovered from this morning.

But STEEM has recovered too, even more... so overall, it's not a good thing for me because I wanted to buy STEEM :[

Would it be wise to transfer SBD to Steem power or is that too soon as well. I appreciate your thoughts and advice. Blessings

Why do they open the transfers again, if it doesn't work??????
Damn.

My thoughts exactly. I am soooo pissed off :[

Polo motha' faka' ! I also have a deposit since 3 hours that is pending...

9 hours here :[

I had an error trying to withdraw BTC to my wallet 15 days ago. And the support ticket is still pending.

This is ridiculous! If I knew this stuff, I would have never tried to trade with them :[
