First of all I personally want to thank the steemit community for the work they are doing and by landing such a good social platform which attracts new users to explore steemit due to the rewards they offering and more especially how can we forgot DTUBE which will hopefully be one of the top competitors of YouTube in upcoming years If everything goes well.
Here are some stats of what Our Steem community

From last few days following the chart of SBD and there are good chances of the chart to follow the same
Below are two cases of charts/possibilities of how SBD price may react in upcoming days.
There are possibilities of SBD following any one of them we need good volume and news to support and break the symmetrical triangle from up if it breaks from down we may see a further dip.
Here's how price has varied in the last 7 days of SBD (Data from Coinmarketcap)
If you are closely observing/ trading SBD coins then we can see the price have almost double in last 7 days!
I have posted some charts and have expectations/assumtions on how SBD may react in the upcoming period. However, No-one can predict the market accurately.

With more users on Steemit price of SBD will go up for sure. I think that number of 334k users is wrong.I have read that January 2018 was best month ever and that now there is more than 500k users. Thees numbers are still very low and I am sure that Steemit will have more than 100M users in future. Whith 100M users SBD price will be much higher...

Yeah and the rate of growth will increase as friends bring more friends (network effect). but 500k users is extremely good growth if it was just 330k a month or so ago. Do you remember where you read this?

I wonder if it would make more sense to just convert SBD into STEEM and power up immediately. The price of STEEM tends to follow the price of SBD and powering up helps you earn rewards on the platform. Earning rewards may become more difficult as the number of users increases.

You are right. Only thing is that then you can not use your steem if you want to withdraw it immediately otherwise powering up is the best thing.
That way you are supporting the platform and other users and in return community supports you.

It is my opinion that Digibyte is one of the best crypto currencies and will make a lot of people wealthy as the adoption rate of Bitcoin grows. I'm not going to bore you with a technical analysis of the project, but rather provide my theory as to what the catalyst will be that makes the price of this coin rise in value.
The Digibyte team are geniuses from a technical standpoint. I'm sure if you are reading this you are already aware of the superior asset Digibyte is to other cryptos. The problem lies in marketing. With the adoption rate of the most popular crypto Bitcoin under 2% it is no surprise that very few people know of Digibyte and their nerdy crew. But no worries because Bitcoin is going to save the day.
As the masses become more familiar with Bitcoin and merchants attempt to implement it as a payment choice the faults of Bitcoin will become known on the big stage. I can see the morning news now talking of 10 minute wait times at Starbucks for a Bitcoin confirmation to clear. There will be a desperate search for a faster more secure payment method in the crypto space. And there with their big dicks swinging in the air will be Digibyte to the rescue. It is simply the natural progression of any new technology. Bitcoin is like Motorola and Nokia, but Digibyte will be Apple and Samsung.

I have to give it to you, your very optimistic and biased. Don't let your emotions dictate your investments. Because Digibyte is a drop in the bucket with over 2,000 other coins. But I agree that as more people begin to understand the technology behind blockchain, the price of all coins will go up. All I know is that if Bitcoin doesn't implement the Lighting Solution, or SegWit ; Starbucks won't accept it.

Great topic! This was some interesting info, however I thought there were quite a bit more users (like north of 650,000) and not the 334,000 on your post. The website might be out of date but correct me if I'm wrong because I just kinda thru up a bit in my mouth!! Lol. But, it that user number accurate? Currencies such as SBD are arguably the toughest cryptos to predict, since there's that regulation aspect of them. However, 0% interest has clearly done little to stunt its growth, showing its huge demand. Personally, I just try to find a decent exchange rate and convert to STEEM. The thought of it having a huge downward correction isn't a pretty one!

SBD, is considered a backed currency by steem indicating the pegged value of 1.00 however it is not that case currently! Steem is the currency of full liquidity meaning, you can send it anywhere via exchanges etc.
SteemPower is powered up from Steem it self, which in return gives you a higher voting power, to upvote people with a higher amount as you power up the steem itself. The downside you can say about powering up, is that it takes 13 Weeks in order to get your money to be liquid again. However if your on the platform daily and beleive in the platform, that is not a down side! Took me like a month and a half to really wrap my head around it.

It truly is. I try to learn something new everyday. I am not doing great in it. But I am still plugging away at it all. Nice one msteemian. Really positive and inspiring post. I am new to the Steemit platform but I absolutely love it so far. I would really like to see the Steemit platform and Dtube completely blow Youtube right out of the water. Youtube is clearly controlled by the globalists with their agenda of global dominance and their ever present push towards a centralised government. @msteemian - Have you thought of overlaying over crypto currencies to verify if this is the market in general bouncing back or if SBD is being increasing favorably compared to others such as BTC? In theory, the variance between these will vary with the goal being to see SBD incrementally decrease the variance to BTC.
