What's a Good Heart Rate For Me In Aerobic Fitness?
I weigh, I think 180 pounds and Am in Mid Forties Female
My Resting pulse Is 80

Your maximum heart rate will be 180 beats per minute.
So 117 bpm to 153 bpm will be your heart rate target zone.
This will be on an athletic level then.
If you just want to burn fat then you should aim for 99 bpm to 117 bpm for the beginning.
I'm just going by numbers and the information you gave me

How do you get a full round muscular shoulder look, its been very hard to get this look.

Have u ever tried the millitary press or super sets in your shoulder workout?
You should also try to increase your weight from week to week,even if its just a little.
Your muscles will get new stimulations if you increase the weight and will grow.
Also I would recommend you to try using creatin.
It'll help you to get bigger, stronger and you'll recover faster after a hard workout.
Try using it for 8 weeks and take everyday 3-5 gram of it.

I think it would be interesting for the most people how to start! When do the muscles begin to grow? How often do you have to train as a beginner? Can you do rest days? What is the best food you recommend etc....

Muscles grow on your off days (rest days) from training.
Thats why you should definitely take rest days.
I usually split my workout like :

Monday : Chest & Biceps
Tuesday : Back & Trizeps
Wednesday : OFF
Thursday :Shoulder & Neck
Friday : Legs
Saturday : Cardio & Athletic training
Sunday : OFF

How often do you have to train as a beginner ?
Its up to you how fast you want to see results.
But I would say the minimum should be at least 2/3 times a week.

What is the best food ?
Thats hard to say because there are many diets and not all of them are for everybody.
Thats why I would recommend you at the beginning to just eat conscious.
No fast food, Soft drinks & a lot of candies & chocolate.
Like I said be conscious of what you're eating and if it's good for you or not.
