What is Steemit?
Steemit is a blockchain-focused social blogging site where you can create and publish content.

Its users can vote for or reject the publication and earn rewards for doing so. However, unlike other social blogging sites such as Reddit, Steemit offers its users rewards in the form of a cryptocurrency, Steem.

You can use this currency to "run" within the system. This increases your cash vote returns and strength and you can use it to buy anything within the Steemit platform.

You can even decide to convert the cryptocurrency to other exchanges such as Bittrex, convert to Bitcoin, and then transfer to your bank account in dollars. This makes the platform suitable for both creators and regular users where everyone can earn Steem.

Since its one-year launch, Steemit has shown its uniqueness from other blockchains through a built-in stimulation mechanism. This makes it a public publishing platform that any Internet app can withdraw and share data. Bitcoin and Ethereum have also exceeded the number of transactions processed.

In addition to blockchain development features, Steem offers advanced features such as Stolen Account Recovery, and

Steemit review: How does Steemit work?
The first thing people notice at Steemit is that its interface is very similar to the Reddit interface and very easy to use.

To become a Steemian user, you first have to register on the page and provide some of your details. Next, you'll see on the home page a variety of other publications and creations in different languages.

You can filter your feed to see the general trend, different communities and more. This helps the creator gain an idea of how content is organized on the site.

If you're not a content creator, it won't leave you because you can also subscribe to Steemit and use it just like other social media platforms. You can post photos, interact with other Steemians (Steemit users), write opinions and even vote yes or vote against a publication.

The good side is that you earn for doing all that. Steemit gives you cryptocurrency for your connections.

Steemit comes in three different ways

1. Steem

Steem is a liquid currency used mainly in Steemit. Users can buy, sell, or convert them to other codes such as Steem Power and Steem Dollars. However, they can replace them with Bitcoin or other currencies such as dollars.

This helps you "enhance" your Steemit account. Creating or handling content on Steemit is the main way for users to get Steem. You can also buy it from the stock exchange or earn interest through the Steem Power contract.

2. Steem Power (SP)

Steem power is another currency in Steemit that shows how much power the user has. However, user account voting will grow stronger. This will give other creators steem Dollars and Steem Power codes.

When a user converts their Steem power to Steem, we define it as "off" and it takes about two years to complete.

This indirectly forces the steem power holder to retain their symbols. Note that SP holders who keep their Steem Power code earn 2% interest each year.

3. Steam Dollar (SMD)

Steem dollar is another currency with Steem Power that users can earn. One Steem Dollar is worth about $1.

This allows users to trade within the platform using Steem or transfer them to other exchange accounts. Users who keep Steem Dollars receive 10% interest each year.

Right now, you might ask the most important question.

Can I pay on Steemit?
The simple answer is yes. You can earn money or cryptocurrencies on Steemit. As content secretary, if you receive enough votes and likes from Steem Power, you can get money on Steemit.

When you create money-making content, you earn 50% of the money in Steem Dollars, which can be replaced by actual money immediately. The remaining 50% is paid in Steem Power.
You also earn 75% from Steem while sharing the rest with other users.

Whatever you do on the platform, such as posting photos or writing articles, you can still make money.

Some Steemit users say you only earn your content after the first seven days while others say you earn once you get enough votes. This controversial statement makes you wonder if Steemit is legitimate or a scam.
