Greetings dear Steemit community.
I have to introduce myself with my main topic "marketing" and I am currently focused on it.
I will tell you in a brief introduction what we will cover in the following pages.
The content is unpublished, of my authorship, it will be developed gradually and in the future it will be transformed into a book, so take advantage of reading it now that it is free.
This has worked in favor of many, but has cost others a lot of time and wasted effort, since they do not know how to approach this new population. This has been further complicated by the fact that now the market has become more competitive, and money is not the only important factor in getting market space or establishing an online presence.
Now everyone competes for a space on the web (positioning, organic searches) but the problem is not the constant work that this requires, it is the fact that many companies and people are looking for more tangible things. It is not the same to pass by a busy avenue and see a huge sign advertising our company than having to look for our company on the web to see our product or service (it feels more unreal and that is why not many people want to invest).

For example, some time ago I was working with a puzzle seller (this was a challenging job) where the problem was not that this company was selling puzzles, it was competing against all the apps, websites and basically the whole digital world where we get free puzzles.
This is one of the cases where the technological advance has devastated the market (The printed book market has to be the one that has suffered the most in this digital era), however since this company did not want to abandon this market, we decided to use all the resources we had at hand, creating articles, images and texts, basically we used everything we could to convince people and show why a printed book is better than a software.
After weeks of effort, we managed to get the web page positioned over others that offer free stuff and the number of visits increased from 7 or 8 people per day to almost 100 with possibilities to increase. However, this does not go as far as that, as the work that was done in this company is done by many, and what is new today becomes obsolete in a month.
This has to be the first thing to understand in today's market, the balance is currently only achieved with daily and constant work to achieve a real presence and consolidate.
But, on the other hand there is another thing that we must understand as entrepreneurs, as it is an idea that is in the minds of many and even I had it until a while ago and is to think that success means having a huge business, when in reality it is not so, because big businesses are consumed throughout the life of their entrepreneurs, so it is much better to have a profitable business, stability between work and family time that if it is invaluable.
And I say all this because sometimes, businesses and ventures are so time consuming, that there comes a point where the person forgets why he decided to open that business in the first place, there comes a point where there are no goals or passion, the person is in a loop where he must work to obtain goods, but not enjoy them because he has to work to maintain them.
Although there are solutions to this, there are proven ways to earn more and work less. This is through "Smart Work". The process is hard at first because it clashes with our mentalities, but the results it brings are many.
