Well, I watched your video because of the title. I don't think this issue is a video related one. I am unfortunately sure that people not only don't watch videos, but also don't read the posts and even comment without reading it.

I can tell it because my brother posts philosophic posts on steemit and receive comments like "I really enjoyed your comments" followed by some more obvious words, nothing related to the content.

This is a real problem in Steemit. If you are paid to curate, and paid more if you are among the first to upvote it, than you should upvote the post as soon as you see it, and upvote all.

I fail to see a workaround for this unless you have to spend your steempower to upvote.
