Really nice to see people getting together in real life behind the Steemit platform. I wish I could get more people interested locally but I'm not sure that many of them are even sure what cryptocurrency is, and less than likely do they use it for any sort of transactions, although it's been noted that any can use crypto to book flights and other kinds of services.
Maybe in a city the size of Austin it isn't as difficult as it is in a small town? Any ideas on how to get more people interested in Steemit and crypto?
Where are you located? It’s easy to start a Steemit meetup anywhere - just needs the right support. Let me know what you need.

I live in a small town on the border of North Carolina, specifically McColl, South Carolina. It's truly difficult to get any one interested in the ideas of voluntaryism, agorism, or cryptocurrency here.
