Fair question. It seems to have solved the "motivation challenge" in getting people to post.
I see one direction as more of a reddit w/ a Facebook newsfeed look - upvoting external links. This would lean advantage towards content curation.
Another direction is more of a Medium w/ a Facebook newsfeed look - upvoting original content. This would lean advantage towards content creators.
I wonder which is more valuable/sustainable? Or, if it settles into some combination of both - or other.
