I have been doing some planning and I see my previous post on this topic post did good indicating there is some support for this but not nearly enough especially of my posts of the models I want to bring on here. One at less than $10.00 and one around  $3.00 currently. You don't seriously expect me to show that to these girls do you and try to get them to come on board?

I have been doing some brainstorming on how I'm going to pitch and sell this idea to these women. And the ones starting out or with out much of a following and the ones that really want to work with me because the like my work are my best shot.

But the one's with the larger following or a name are a different ball game all together.

I'm writing this after sitting down planning out who I want to contact first and seeing how crappy my recent post has done of a model I want to contact who is a person of influence in the Glamour/Nude modeling industry.

So I'm going to add that if I can't show these models my posts doing really well and that they can too especially if it's pictures of them that I have posted... They will not come on board.

These girls make money they get Several hundred to a couple thousand per shoot, their following gives them gifts, and many have sugar daddies.

Many of the The Adult/Porn Actress are Escorts/Call Girls on the side and make $1000-$2000 for that.  None of them with any kind of following are going to sign up if they are seeing $5-$15 on posts because it not worth their time.

They are not going to be willing to grind it out making little to no money in hopes that steem is going to make them rich a few years from now. That is NOT their mentality. They don't do what they do because they want to work hard and add to that everyone on here that posts adult content it attacked and flagged constantly by the Puritan Crowd.  

We have what 5000-6000 active users, with how many being Anti-Adult Content?

These models/actresses have nothing to gain here if there is no money in it. Seemit needs them they do NOT need Steemit.

And before someone that has no idea what they hell they are talking about says "But they post on IG, FB and twitter for free" They post of FB and IG because they get gigs, paid cam shows, more fans, and paid to post many times especially girls with large followings and the jobs that book them require them to post on their social media. Companies now ask the size of a model/actresses Instagram even in the mainstreem word. No one asks about Steemit.

It's the the same reason I post on those sites, because I get paid bookings/clients for doing so and TF models for  my Art Projects.

One booking is more than I have made here so far for a fraction of the time I have spent on here and I have made liquid about $800 on Steemit. Steemit is not quick to use like IG and FB or Twitter. You have to upload images to a third party, prepare them, copy links, promote in chat rooms several times a day, network, etc... And then deal with random flagging/hating assholes.

So this is up to you. I'll do my part but without the support of the whales of my posts and work so I can recruit this is pointless and a waste of my and the girls time.

Why would they bring their thousands of followers here for what as those people have no voting power. Which is the major flaw in the way Steemit works. They can get those guys to buy cam shows from them directly or sell them videos and picture sets and some send them gifts for no reason at all other than they just ask. So if there is no money here you will not get girls with large followings.

You have to understand when I approach a model my reputation is at stake, I don't want to be known as they guy that wasted their time, that's detrimental to me and my career and future projects and I will not do that. After seriously thinking about this Money and Success are my primary motivators not getting back the Puritans.

I will approach the smaller models starting out and those that are working with me but I'm not going after girls with big followings if I have nothing to show them as it will make me look like a fool.

So far two times I have really tried do something to promote Steemit and I have not gotten the support I needed there will not be a third. The first was the crowd funding  for my Sexy Santa Shoot that I was going post all over my other Social Media and then post the exclusive pictures on Steemit to get people to come here and it did not get even the lowest funding level.

Now I'm wanting to bring the Adult Industry on here to help community grow and yes it started out as me wanting to retaliate at the Puritan sect but after @pfunk talked to me I saw it was good for Steemit and decided to run with it but during planning and planning my sales approach I realized I have nothing to show them of any value that would be motivating to them currently and that is a problem for the girls that make money.

Also bring more people creating NSFW/Adult content also creates more competition for me as the more people putting out similar NSFW content on here the more those votes get spread around and the new people it brings on have no voting power.

But I'm willing to do it if I'm supported well and is a win/win/win situation... I win, the girls win and Steemit wins. I'm not willing to just waste my time if there is low to no ROI on my investment of time and energy in hopes that Steem and Steemit will be big someday. I'm also not willing to bring people on that will get support while I don't as I'm not getting commission, over-rides or a stake in the company, I only get what my post generate.

I have goals for 2017 and I'm not wasting my time and energy working for free or hopes for the future. I have several things I have to work on and the one with the money will get the priority and my attention.

If you want me to be the Evangelist and Mentor to the Adult community make it happen. If not. in that case... I'll just keep posting like I have and bring on the girls I'm working with that are interested until I get busy with my other projects.

So that's where this is at. I'm over all of the trying to convince people and asking for support. I will not make third effort if this is not supported fully by the top whale crowd. I'm off to bed at 6:34 Am.
