How It Works
One
Every week, we shall reward two people for the values they create here.
Two
Every Tuesdays and Fridays, I shall make a post where users will nominate who deserves to be appreciated.
Three
One person submits only one nomination.
Four
Submission of a nominee should contain a detailed information on why the person deserves to be appreciated.
Five
Support a nominee by texting "supported" in reply to the nomination.
Six
The nominee with the highest support emerges as the winner.
Seven
On Mondays and Thursdays, I will make a post of appreciation for the respective winners.
Eight
All the liquid payouts for this post will be transferred to 10 newbies that the winner appoints.
The initial idea was to give the person we are appreciating all the liquid payouts. However, because most of them have earned some reasonable amount of Steem here, we shall be using it to encourage minnows.
Nine
I will transfer 10% of the liquid payouts for the nomination post to the person whose nomination emerged as the winner.

@alex-icey. This steemian is probably the youngest silver stacker I've ever known and he understands the value of what “real” money is. @ Alex-icey has only been on steemit since June of 2017 and he has reached quite a bit of followers. This kid has a lot of good info to share and is a good example of what steemit community should have more of. With all the being said, I like to nominate him to be recognized by the steemit community.

I want to support @jerrybanfield for his work on Steemit. He already gets a lot of love on Steemit, but he just made a 1 hour video that serves as a great introduction to the platform and really helps make this place grow. I've used his success as an example when showing the legitimacy and potential for Steemit to other people. He gives the website a lot of exposure and his consistent efforts provide a great utility to the community.

There are a few people I could nominate.. But the first that came to
Mind was the winner of last week, but I think nominating last weeks winner is a bit much. But I know somebody else who really deserves to be nominated.
