I have always wanted to loose weight but i always find an excuse to skip the gym or fail on my diet program, i just decided to take it as i see it

You eat the flex seeds and see, I have been using myself as well, it helps me to reduce fat, with it I am still upset with it. It reduces your stomach fat. I have also reduce my stomach now....
