A reward of $25 in Canada or Norway is different than $25 in Venezuela or Filipines. It's not so simple as it looks like. Just my opinion. Not to mention the how relative the quality is. Or text blog compared to the video blog.

I don't know. Steemit is build for both. I want to point out that we have many different options to interact with people and it's difficult to assess wich one is more important or valuable.

It’s an all around process, those at the top need to spread the help and do their part, those at the bottom and new need to stop whining IMO, find a way to make it like a lot of people have.
